Joelie joined CJRW as Associate Art Director in 2024 after a successful stint in the company’s summer internship. Her resume includes a bachelor's degree in graphic design from the University of Arkansas as well as several years of experience working with freelance clientele.

In her role, she collaborates with the creative team to develop graphics for our clients that help them meet their goals across print and digital platforms. She loves finding opportunities to play with concepts to freshen up the look and watching projects come alive in the real world.

Her favorite place to visit in Arkansas is Devil's Den State Park, where she has fond memories of hiking the day after Thanksgiving every year with her family. She estimates that she has hiked the Yellow Rock Trail more than 50 times by now, after taking everyone she knew in college to see the overlook.
